Private lessons are priced per hour, semi-private and group clinics cost less per player, and most clubs run junior programs after school and adult drills in the evening. The USTA organizes the national rating (NTRP) and the adult and junior leagues most players join; the USPTA and PTR certify coaches. Summer camps take kids by the week or the day and usually include lunch and match play. Stadiums and event venues host college matches, USTA sanctioned tournaments and the occasional exhibition, with free or low-cost admission for most of them.

I sighed up in 2022, myself and my wife and our 3 grandkids. We signed up so our grandchildren could take swimming lessons. We only went there during swimming classes for about three weeks out of the first 10 week course. One day we came in and were told that the swimming lessons were over until further notice. After 2 months of not having any swimming lessons, they said the swimming instructor quit. After waiting for two months and still no classes. We then decided to quit the YMCA, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership since we had not been using it for the last two months, I was told I had to pay for the next 2 months in one lump sum, if I wanted to cancel my membership. So I then put a stop payment on my checking account. Four years later, me and my wife tried to signup yesterday and we were told we had to pay for those 2 months upfront, for the last account four years ago. When they canceled the swimming lessons, which was our reason for signing up in the first place. They refused to allow us to sign up. Don't join unless you could afford to quit.

This is a great gym the recent renovation is really nice, though a lot of the equipment is still pretty old. Love the views of the river. Hate having to walking through a basketball game everytime I want to go to the gym, they really gotta do something about that.

Beautiful building, tons of potential. It is filthy. Im talking layers of gunk. The steam room has piles of trash in it and just a layer of white i dont know what all over it. Every locker has a lock on it. You cant use it. The equipment looks like it hasnt been cleaned in 10 years. What is going on? Can someone clean this place? Really sad. Looks like it was once an amazing place. Really neglected. Why do you need to pay for parking? Who is in charge here?

I think that the layout of this is weird. But overall the facility was nice. It's extremely confusing if you've never been there before since there's so many stairs and places to go. All the equipment was relatively new though so that was nice. The group fitness classes are really good. They're hot tub is currently drained so I think that is a downfall. The pool is really pretty but it's very small. It's giving church vibes. Definitely don't love that you have to pay for parking here. I wouldn't come back because of that.

Great spot for youths. Swimming is all about timing. From parking to all facilities is clean. A little less friendly atmosphere compared to West shore.
